Bitter Gourd Tomato Fry

Bitter Gourd is a healthy packed vegetable. The taste may be little bitter after cooked also. So here I tried a new recipe with bitter gourd and tomato. Tomato will take away the bitter taste and adds a nice flavor to the fry.

Preparation Time - 10 minutes
Cooking Time - 20 Minutes

Ingredients:

Bitter gourd - 2 Medium
Onion - 1
Tomato - 5
Curry leaves - 1 sprig

Step 1: Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, curry leaves and saute well.

Step 2: Add Chopped bitter gourd and salt. Stir well for 2 minutes.

Step 3: Cover with a lid for 6 to 7 minutes. Stir well intermediately.

Step 4: Once the bitter gourd cooked 3/4th add tomato, all spice powder, and salt. Mix well.

Step 5: Again cover it with a lid and cook for about 5 minutes.
