Mini Potato Balls


Mini Potato Balls!! The name itself will make you tempting. Very famous and favorite snack among both kids and adults. Potato balls can be made using some spicy masala. Though, it is oil fry it makes you inviting to eat. Here, I with simple steps to make potato balls in a quick time.




Servings - 2
Preparation time - 5 minutes
Cooking Time - 30 minutes

Ingredients :


Potato - 2
Oil - To fry
Small Onion - 4 chopped
Curry Leaves - 3 (Finely chopped)
Green Chili - 3(Finely Chopped)
Coriander Leaves - 1 sprig(Finely Chopped)
Fennel seeds - 1 pinch
Cinnamon powder - 1 pinch
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
Salt - 1/4 tbsp
Rice flour - 1 tbsp
Maida flour - 1 tbsp
Breadcrumbs - 1 bowl

Directions:


Step 1: Boil potato and peel the skin and keep it aside.



Step 2: Heat a tbsp of oil in a pan and add fennel seeds, cinnamon powder, chopped onion, curry leaves and saute it well.



Add Ginger Garlic paste and saute well.



Step 3: Now add turmeric powder, garam masala, and stir until the raw flavor goes away.



Step 4:  Add the potato and mix it well. 






Step 5: Add coriander leaves and mix it well.



 Step 6: Make small rounded balls.



Step 7: In a bowl make a liquid paste with maida and rice flour using water.



Step 8: Heat oil in a pan.



Step 9: Dip the balls into maida rice flour mixer first.



Step 10: Then, dip the balls into breadcrumbs.



Step 11: Now put the balls into the pan and make a deep fry. 







Step 12: Now the crispy and yummy potato balls are ready to taste.
