Pomfret Curry Fry
Pomfret Curry Fry!! You can make thousands of varieties with your favorite food. I just love the Pomfret Fish. So here I tried a new way of cooking the Pomfret fish. It is a choice of yours to take your food. So, go ahead with your favorite one.

Preparation Time - 10 minutes
Cooking Time - 30 minutes
Ingredients:
Pomfret Fish - 1
Oil - 4 tbsp
Chopped Onions - 1/2
Curry leaves - 1sprig
Ginger - 2 pieces
Garlic - 8 cloves
Green chili - 1
Tamarind - 1 lemon sized
Coconut - 8 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Red chili powder - 3 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Directions:
Step 1: Make a paste by grinding ginger, garlic, green chili, soaked tamarind and 4 tbsp of grated coconut.
Step 2: Heat two tbsp of oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
Step 3: Add chopped onion, curry leaves and saute it.
Step 4: Add the paste and mix well.
Step 5: Now, add all the spice powders and salt.
Step 6: Add some water and Let it cook for about 5 minutes.
Step 7: Now add remaining coconut and saute it well.
Step 8: Cook it for about 5 minutes and switch off the stove.
Step 10: Heat ghee in a pan. Put fish and fry.
Step 11: Cook it in a medium flame. Turn another side once it cooked.
Step 12: Again cook it for about 5 minutes and serve with curry.
Take a piece of fish and dip with a curry. And eat.
