Vegetable Poha!! Easy and Healthy breakfast. Vegetable poha is one of the best variety in poha variety. You can make it within a few minutes. It is an easy recipe to make as your Tiffin. Vegetables added in the poha is of your choice, you can add your favorite veggies. Here I added beans and carrot. You can add potato, capsicum, cauliflower, and etc. 


For making vegetable Poha, you just need a handful of ingredients. Most of the kids refuse to eat vegetables, you can make like this and give. They will love to eat when it is different and tasty.
The main thing in the food is tasty and attraction. So, whatever you cook, make it in an attractive manner

Here I will explain you the making of vegetable poha in an easy method. Chop the carrot and beans in small pieces. Also, slice the onion into thin slices. Same way slice the green chili into thin slice. And for seasoning, you need mustard seeds, chana dal, and urad dal. With these ingredients make a vegetable poha for your breakfast within a few minutes.


If you have thick Poha soak it for 5 to 6 minutes. If it is thin poha then, wash it 3 times and soak for 30 sec is enough. Here I have explained to you how to make a Vegetable Poha with a step by step procedure with a clear photo.


Servings - 1
Preparation Time - 5 Minutes
Cooking Time - 10 Minutes


Ingredients:



Poha - 1 cup
Onion - 1 small
Green Chili -2
Curry Leaves - 4 to 5
Carrot -1
Beans - 5
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tbsp
Chana dal - 1/4 Tbsp
Urad Dal - 1/4 tbsp
Salt to taste

Procedure :


Step 1: Wash and soak the poha for 30 sec. Strain the water from it.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal, and chana dal. Let them crackle.
Step 3: Add sliced Onion, green chili, and curry leaves. Saute it for 2 minutes to onion becomes brown.
Step 4: Add finely chopped vegetable and a little salt. Fry well until the vegetables cook well. 
Step 5: Once the vegetables are cooked, add strained poha and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for 1 minute in a medium flame. Switch off the flame and serve.
