Ingredients for Karandi Omelet:
Egg - 2
Ghee - 1tbsp
Onion - 1 (Finely Chopped)
Green Chili - 1 (Finely Chopped)
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp (Finely Chopped)
Red chili powder - 1/4 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tbsp
Pepper Powder - 1/4 tbsp
Salt to taste
water - 1/2 tbsp
Directions:
In a Bowl add chopped onion, green chili, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, pepper powder, salt, egg, and water. Mix well and keep aside.
Heat the karandi in a low flame and add ghee.
Make them spread even.
Now pour the mixture to the karandi and let it cook for 2 minutes in low flame.
Once it cooked, flip it.
Let it cook for another 2 minutes in low flame and serve hot.
