Ridge Gourd Grill
The Ridge Gourd Grill is a treat for those who really love the grill. It almost gives the fish fry aroma and is good to eat. Its very amazing and of course kids will love this dish. Grill free grill you can make it without an oven.

Preparation Time - 10 minutes
Ingredients:
Ridge Gourd - 1
Oil - 3 tbsp
Salt - 1/4 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
Fish Fry Masala - 1/2 tbsp
Directions:
Step 1: Cut the ridge gourd into two pieces and cut both pieces like a spring. And It should be drilled into a stick or steel rod.
Step 2: Mix chili powder, fish fry masala, and salt into a bowl with 1 tbsp of oil.
Step 3: Now make the composition is completely spread over the ridge gourd spring.
Step 4: Switch on the flame and keep the split spoon (Or you can use dosa tawa)and keep the Ridge gourd spring.
Step 5: Just Keep rolling until it gets cooked and add oil in between.
Step 6: Once it turns into brown switch off the flame. Serve hot.
