 Egg Paniyaram


Eggs have a lot of nutrition and most of the child refuses to eat when you have simply boil the eggs and veggies. If you do it in a new way like snacks they will like to eat. So here I tried a new recipe
with eggs and vegetables. You can take this for breakfast.

Servings - 2
Preparation time - 15 minutes

Ingredients:


Eggs - 4
Coconut Oil - 5 tbsp
Cabbage - 1 small cup(finely chopped)
Carrot - 1 small cup(grated)
Chopped Onion - 1 small cup
Green chili - 2 (finely chopped)
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Coriander leaves - 1 small cup
Mint leaves - 1 small cup
Pepper Powder - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tbsp

Directions:

Step 1: Heat a pan and pour the oil into the pan then add green chilies.


Step 2: Add chopped onions and chopped curry leaves and stir up. 


Step 3: Then add cabbage and carrot. Mix it well. No need to be roast it for a long.


Step 4: Finally add coriander leaves and mint leaves mix them and switch off the flame. 


Step 5: In a bowl mix the Eggs salt and pepper. 


Step 6: Then add the prepared mixer and mix well it again.


Step 7: Heat Paniyaram maker Pan and pour oil into all round

Step 8: Now pour the dough into holes. Let it in a medium flame for 2 minutes.


Step 9: Turn it on the other side and let cook for another 2 minutes and switch off the flame.

 and serve it hot.
