Ash Gourd Fry


Ash Gourd is a highly Beneficial vegetable. You can take ash gourd in your food at least once a week. It helps to maintain the weight and also for reducing the weight. Those who are in a paleo diet can take this Ash Gourd fry often. 


Servings - 4
Preparation Time - 10 Minutes
Cooking Time - 20 Minutes

Ingredients:


Ash Gourd - 1kg
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Green Chili - 4
Curry Leaves - 2 sprig
Grated Coconut - 1 small cup
Salt to taste

Directions:


Step 1: Peel the skin and remove the seeds from the pumpkin.
Step 2: Now chop the flesh into medium pieces.
Step 3: Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
Step 4: Then add curry leaves and green chili.


Step 5: Add ash Gourd and salt. Saute well.


Step 6: Cover it with a lid and cook it for about 10 minutes.


Step 7: Once it cooked add grated coconut and mix well.


Step 8: Switch off the stove and serve hot.
