Egg Pepper Fry is a spicy dish. This can be done for breakfast. Egg Pepper Fry is the most tasty dish in egg varieties. It can be done with simple ingredients.

Ingredients:
Boiled Egg - 5
Oil - 2 tbsp
Chopped Onion - 1
Chopped Tomato - 1/2
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Green Chili - 2
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
Pepper powder - 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Directions:
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, curry leaves, and green chili. Saute well.
Step 2: Add turmeric powder and toss well.
Step 3: Now add tomato, salt and let it gets smooth.
Step 4: Add pepper powder and saute it for 1 minute.
Step 5: Cut the boiled eggs into 2 pieces.
Step 6: Finally, add eggs and fry it for 2 minutes in a low flame.
Step 7: Switch off the stove and serve hot.
