Cabbage Carrot fry

Ingredients:
Cabbage- 1 cup
Grated Carrot - 1
Chopped Onion shallot - 8

Curry Leaves - 1 sprig
Oil - 1 tbsp
Green chili - 2
Urad dal - 1/2 tbsp
Chana dal - 1/2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tbsp

Directions:
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan then add Mustard seeds, Urad dal, chana dal, onion, green chili, and curry leaves one by one.
Step 2: Add cabbage, carrot, and salt. Saute it well.
Step 3: Add some water and let it cook for five minutes.
Step 4: Easy Cabbage carrot fry is ready to eat.
