Spicy Cabbage Stir Fry


Stir-fried vegetables place a great side dish. Cabbage Stir Fry is a spicy side dish. Paleo followers can often take this dish. Tasty, Yummy, Spicy. Cabbage is often cooked with all kinds of vegetables. It's very powerful and tasty.

Servings - 2
Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking Time - 15 minutes

Ingredients:



Cabbage- 1 cup
Chopped Onion - 1
Grated Ginger - 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves - 1 sprig
Oil - 3 tbsp
Green chili - 2 slit
Tomato - 2(make a paste)
Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
Urad dal - 1/2 tbsp
Chana dal - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1tbsp
Chili powder - 1 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tbsp

Directions:


Step 1: Heat oil in a pan then add cumin seeds, Urad dal, chana dal, ginger, and green chili. Let them Crackle.



Step 2: Then add onion and curry leaves.



Step 3: Add Tomato puree and saute well.




Step 4: Now add all the spice powders and salt. Cook until raw aroma goes away.





Step 5: Now add cabbage and stir well.




Step 6: Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.


Step 7: Stir well and serve hot.
