Paleo Cauliflower Lemon Fry
Cauliflower Lemon Fry!! This is one of the most important and favorite food in a paleo diet. Cauliflower improves the overall health system. Paleo cauliflower lemon fry is easy and quick to make. An interesting combination of ingredients makes this dish very tasty.
Servings - 2
Preparation Time - 20 minutes
Ingredients:
Cauliflower - 1
Lemon - 1
Coconut Oil - 3 tbsp
Chopped onion - 1/2 cup
Green Chilli - 3
Garlic - 5 cloves
Curry Leaves - 1 sprig
Coriander Leaves - 2 sprig
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tbsp
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tbsp
Directions:
Step 1: Wash the cauliflower thoroughly and carefully, then split them and boil in a water for five minutes with little salt.
Step 2: Wash the boiled cauliflower in a cold water then, cut into small size.
Step 3: Heat oil in a pan then add asafoetida and turmeric powder.
Step 4: Add chopped green chilies and let them fry.
Step 5: Add chopped onion and curry leaves then saute it well.
Step 6: Now add garlic and stir it well until the raw aroma goes away.
Step 7: Add Lemon Juice and stir well.
Step 8: Now add salt and then add cauliflower and mix well. Cook it for 2 minutes in a low flame and switch off the stove.
Now the Paleo cauliflower is ready to serve with a yummy taste.
