Egg Roll




Egg Roll is an easy and tasty breakfast. This can be done within 10 minutes. The homemade egg roll is different from others, here you can sort out the ingredients which you don't want. Here I did pure egg roll without using any flour. Only with carrot, tomato, and onion.

Servings - 2
Preparation Time - 5 minutes
Cooking Time - 10 minutes

Ingredients:


Egg - 4
Chopped Onion - 1/2
Chopped Tomato - 1 small
Carrot - 1/2
Green chili - 1 
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
Chili flakes- 1 tbsp
Salt - 1/4 tbsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp

Directions:

Step 1: Add all the ingredients into a bowl except ghee.


Step 2: Blend the mixer.


Step 3: Heat ghee in a dosa Tava and pour the mixer.



Step 4: Let it cook for 2 minutes in a medium flame and roll it out.


Step 5: Cut out the edges and serve egg roll with sauce.
