Raw Banana Fry

Ingredients:
Banana - 1 big size
Chopped Onion - 1
Grated Ginger - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 4 cloves
Curry Leaves - 1 sprig
Oil - 3 tbsp
Green chili - 2 slit
Urad dal - 1/2 tbsp
Chana dal - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1tbsp
Chili powder - 1 tbsp
Curry Masala - 1tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tbsp
Grated coconut - 3 tbsp
Directions:
Step 1: Cut the banana into small pieces and put into the water because the color will turn brown if you keep just like that.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan and add urad dal, chana dal, ginger, garlic, onion, curry leaves, and green chili one by one. stir and saute well.
Step 3: Now add all spice powders(Turmeric, chili, curry masala) and add salt.
Step 4: Add banana and saute it well.
Step 5: Add water, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 6: Once the banana is cooked add grated coconut and mix well then switch off the flame and serve.
Serve Raw banana fry with Rasam, sambar rice. Enjoy Tasting.
