Ingredients:
Rava(sooji) - 1 cup
Curd - 1 cup
Maida flour - 2 tbsp
Rice Flour - 1tbsp
Maida flour - 2 tbsp
Rice Flour - 1tbsp
Oil - 4 tbsp
Chopped Onion - 1
Chopped Tomato - 1
Salt - 1/2 tbsp
Directions:
Step 1: Soak Rava in curd with a half cup of water for 10 minutes. Add Maida and Rice flour and mix well. The amount of sooji will get increase while soaking.
Step 2: Add salt and mix well.
Step 3: Heat Dosa Tava if you have mini dosa Tava then you can use that. Pour some oil and make a small round with mixed flour.
Step 5: Once the flour gets cooked turn other side and leave it for 1 minute. Then take out and serve.
