Paleo Tomato Soup


Tomato soup is a great soup type. Tomato soup can be done a simple way. If you drink this before your lunch, you will feel very lite. And it triggers hunger so that you can eat well.

Servings - 2
Preparation Time - 10 minutes
Cooking Time - 10 minutes

Ingredients:


Tomato - 2
Carrot - 1
Garlic - 6 cloves
Onion Shallot - 4
Ginger - 1 small piece
Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 1/2 tbsp

Directions:

Step 1: Add Chopped carrot, tomato, garlic, ginger, pepper, and salt in a pan.


Step 2: Pour two cups of water.


Step 3: Cover with a lid and let them boil for 7 minutes.


Step 4: Once it boiled switch off the flame and keep it aside.


Step 5: Now heat oil in a pan and add fenugreek seeds and let it crackle.


Step 6: Add chopped onions. Saute it well.


Step 7: Finally add boiled tomato soup into the pan and leave it for a minute and switch off the flame. Serve hot.
