Red Spinach Fry
Red spinach is rich in minerals and vitamin. It supports to improve the immune system of our body. Here I have explained how to make a red spinach fry a simple way.
Preparation Time - 15 Minutes
Cooking Time - 15 Minutes
Ingredients:
Oil -1 tbsp
Mustard seeds -1/4 tbsp
Urad Dal - 1/2 tbsp
Chana Dal - 1/2 tbsp
Chopped Onions - 1 small cup
Red Chillies - 2 to 3
Grated Coconut - 1 small cup
Salt as needed

Directions:
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal, and chana dal. Let them crackle.
Step 2: Add chopped onion and red chili. Saute well.
Step 3: Add chopped spinach and salt. Stir well.
Step 4: Stir well and cook it for about 4 minutes in a medium flame.
Step 5: Once the red spinach is cooked switch off the stove and add grated coconut. Mix well and serve.
Take Spinach at least two days once and stay healthy.
