Paneer Egg Fry
Paneer Egg Fry is an easy and tasty breakfast. This can be done within 10 minutes. The homemade Paneer egg fry is different from others, here I used homemade paneer, egg and some masalas.

Ingredients:
Egg - 4
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Chopped Onion - 1/2 cup

Paneer - 1/2 cup
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Ginger - 1 piece
Garlic - 5 cloves

Green chili - 1
Mint leaves - 2 sprig
Mint leaves - 2 sprig
Red Chili powder - 1 tbsp
Curry Masala - 1tbsp
Salt - 1/4 tbsp
Directions:
Step 1: Heat ghee in a pan and add chopped ginger and garlic.
Step 2: Now, add onion, curry leaves, and green chili. Saute well.
Step 5: Cut boiled eggs into thin slices.
Step 6: Add sliced eggs and fry for 2 minutes.
Step 7: Finally, add mint leaves and serve.
Step 3: Add red chili powder, curry masala, and salt. Stir well.
Step 4: Add Grated paneer and cook for a minute.
