Roasted Egg Salad
Roasted Egg Salad!! You can do many different types of foods using egg. This roasted egg salad is one of them. It is very tasty & healthy breakfast. You can make it with your favorite vegetables. Here I used cabbage and cucumber.
Servings - 2
Preparation time - 25minutes
Cooking Time - 10 minutes
Ingredients:
Boiled Egg - 4
Ghee or oil - 2 tbsp

Grated Cabbage - 4 tbsp
Grated cucumber - 4tbsp
Chopped onion - 2 tbsp
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Green chili - 1
Coriander leaves - 1sprig
Pepper powder - 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Directions:
Step 1: Take boiled eggs and make a round cut.
Step 2: Heat oil in a dosa tawa and put the eggs. Then roast them both sides.
Step 3: Now add Onion, Cabbage, cucumber, curry leaves, green chili, and coriander leaves. Mix well with roasted eggs.
Step 4: Add salt and pepper. Stir well.
Step 5: Serve it with any chutney or tomato sauce.
