Vegetable Uttapam Recipe|How to make Vegetable Uttapam
Vegetable Uttapam!! Dosa is a well known and very famous dish in many places. Uttapam is also prepared like the dosa, but the difference is the thickness of it. When you make it as a thick based one then, it is called as uttapam!! Also, uttapam has much variety. You can make tomato uttapam, onion uttapam, coriander uttapam and so on. Here I did vegetable uttapam which is more colorful than all other uttapams.
Here I used carrot, beans, potato, and onions to make the vegetable paniyaram. You can also add your favorite veggies to make this Uttapam. It is easy, healthy tiffin for your family.

Preparation Time - 10 Minutes
Cooking Time - 15 Minutes
Ingredients:
Idly \Dosa batter - 2 cup
Chopped Onion - 1/4 cup
Chopped Carrot - 1/4 cup
Chopped Beans - 1/4 cup
Chopped Potato - 1/4 cup
Tomato - 1 small
Green chili - 2
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 4 tbsp
Directions:
Step 1: Take a pan and heat. Pour 2 tbsp of oil and let it heat.
Step 2: Then add chopped onion, green chili and saute well until the onions turn light brown.
Step 3: Add Ginger garlic paste and saute well until the raw aroma goes away.
Step 4: Now add all other chopped vegetable and salt. Add turmeric powder and garam masala powder. Saute them well.
Step 5: Add cubed tomato. Saute well and make it cook until the vegetables fried well.
Step 6: Heat dosa Tawa and apply some oil over it.
Step 7: Pour the dosa batter like a thick base.
Step 8: Add the fried vegetables immediately over the dosa. Make it cook for a couple of minutes in a medium flame.
Step 9: Flip it once it cooked. Again cook for 3 to 4 minutes to cook another side. After 4 minutes take out and serve hot.
