Okra Maggi Fry
Okra Maggi Fry is one of the favorites and delicious recipes of mine. Okra has long been considered as a food for the health conscious. It has multiple benefits. Okra is also beneficial for smooth hair and shining skin.

Preparation Time: 20 mintues
Ingredients:
Oil - 4 tbsp
Chopped Onion - 1 small cup
Sliced Tomato - 1 big size
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Maggi Masala - 2 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tbsp
Directions:
Step 3: Add Tomato and let it cook for a minute.
Step 4: Now add Maggi masala, chili powder, and turmeric powder then mix it well.
Step 5: Finally add Okra and salt.
Mix it well and cover the pan with a lid and make it fry for 5 minutes. Stir it well often.
