Coconut Chutney
Coconut chutney is the most favorite when you are in a hurry. But it also has great taste and the preparation is very easy and saves time. This is good cholesterol because it is not roasted.
Servings - 2
Preparation Time-5 minutes
Ingredients:
Grated coconut - 1 small cup
Roasted Gram - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1/4 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tbsp
Green chili - 1
Curry leaves - 1/2 sprig
Ginger - 1 Very small piece
Garlic - 1 very small piece
Salt - 1/4 tbsp
Directions:
Step 1: Put all the ingredients in the mixer jar except oil, curry leaves, and mustard seeds and grind it well. And keep it in a bowl.
Step 2: Heat a pan add oil and once it gets hot add mustard seeds and curry leaves and pour this on chutney.
And now coconut chutney is ready to eat.
