Egg Curry

EGG CURRY is an easy and tasty recipe where you can enjoy your tiffin with this yummy dish. It will also go with Chapati, Dosa, idly and with rice too. Let's see how to prepare the egg curry within a few minutes.

Preparation time-5 mins
Ingredients:
Boiled Eggs - 3
Coconut Oil - 1 tbsp
Chopped Onion - 1/2
Cubed tomato - 1/2
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Garam Masala - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Salt
Directions:
Step 2: Heat the pan and pour the coconut oil.
Step 7: If you want a curry to be more quantity add little water and put eggs in the gravy and let it cook for 2 minutes and make a thick curry.
Now the Yummy Egg Curry is ready to serve.
