Black Chickpeas Sundal
Black Chickpeas sundal is a very famous and healthy dish in India. It has been the part of the Indian diet for a long time. Easy and fast to do. You can make it for evening snacks. You can also add your favorite spices to make this black chickpeas sundal.

Ingredients:
Black Chickpeas - 1 cup
Onion Chopped - 1 cup
Green chili - 4
Curry leaves - 2 sprig
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Chana dal - 1/2 tbsp
Urad dal - 1/2 tbsp
Grated Coconut - 1 cup
Directions :
Step 1: Soak black chickpeas for overnight or a minimum of 6 hours. Wash the soaked Chickpeas and add it to the pressure cooker. Add some water and salt. Whistle it for 3 to 4.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, and chana dal. Let them crackle.
Step 3: Add chopped onion, curry leaves, and chili. Saute well for a minute.
Step 4: Now add cooked chickpeas and salt as needed. Mix well and cook it for a couple of minutes.
Step 5: Finally, add grated coconut and mix well.
Step 6: Switch off the flame. Black chickpeas sundal is ready to serve.
