Dry Fruit Kesari Cake


Dry Fruit Kesari Cake!! This sweet is really a treat for those who love sweet. Lots of dry fruits are used for making this dry fruit Kesari cake. This Kesari will make you eat more. When you try to make something tasty and different then, go with this yummy dry fruit Kesari cake.



Servings - 6
Preparation Time - 5 minutes
Cooking Time - 15 minutes

Ingredients:


Rava - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cardamom - 1 pinch
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Food color powder(Yellow or orange) - 1/2 tbsp
Cashews - 10
Dates - 10
Pumpkin seeds - 2 tbsp
Cucumber seeds - 2 tbsp
Almond - 5

Directions:


Step 1: Roast the rava in a pan with a tbsp of ghee and keep aside.



Step 2: Boil 3 cups of water in a pan and add color powder.



Step 3: When the water is boiling add rava little by little and stir well. Make sure to not form lumps.


Step 4: When you see the rava is cooked almost add sugar and stir well.


Step 5: Now parallelly, roast all the dry fruits with ghee. 


Step 6: When sugar dissolves completely, add roasted dry fruits and mix well. 


Step 7: Take a box and apply the ghee all over.


Step 8: Transfer the Kesari into the bowl and let it cool for sometime.


Step 9: Once it cools down, transfer it in the plate and cut the desired shape. Enjoy your healthy dry fruit Kesari cake.
