Pomfret Fish Fry
Pomfret fish fry can be done in many ways. In that one of the easiest and quick way of making is this Pomfret fish fry. You need just 4 main ingredients to make this fry. It has lots of benefits. Marinate the fish with masalas and fry. Then your Pomfret fish fry will be ready.

Ingredients:
Pomfret Fish - 1
Chili powder - 1 tbsp
Fish fry masala - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp
Cornflour(Optional)- 1 tbsp
Lemon half
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Directions:
Step 1: Add chili powder, turmeric powder, fish fry masala, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, Cornflour, salt in a bowl and mix well with some water. Make a thick paste.
Step 2: Wash the fish thoroughly and make a square cut on both sides.
Step 3: Now apply the paste on the fish.
Step 4: Marinate the fish at least for an hour.
Step 5: Then heat the oil in a pan and put marinated fish. Let it fry for 4 minutes and then flip it.
Step 6: Let it cook for another 5 minutes for another side.
Step 7: Transfer to a plate and serve. Your Tasty pomfret fish fry is ready.
