Ingredients:
Bottle Gourd - 1 cup
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Urad dal - 1/2 tbsp
Chana Dal - 1/2 tbsp
Chopped Onion - 1/2

Green Chili - 4
Curry Leaves - 2 sprig
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Chili powder - 1/2 tbsp

Grated Coconut - 1 small cup
Salt to taste
Directions:
Step1: Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, chana dal, chopped onion, curry leaves, green chili one after one.
Step 2: Now add chopped bottle gourd, turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt. Mix it well.
Step 3: Pour 1/4 cup of water and cover it with a lid and cook for 10 minutes in a low flame.
Step 4: Once it cooked add grated coconut and switch off the flame.
Step 5: Serve this yummy bottle gourd curry with rice.
