Butter Murruku!! Tasty and easy Snacks!! Quick, simple and easy recipe of butter murukku that melts in the mouth. Butter Murruku is a famous snack in Tamil Nadu. The butter gives you the unique taste and softness to the murruku. You just love to eat more once you try this butter murruku recipe. 
It just needs very few ingredients like rice flour, roasted gram flour, asafoetida, salt, butter, and salt. 
The dough for making butter murruku should be correct consistency. Otherwise, you can't get the proper shape of the murruku. If the murukku is getting dissolved, then you can add some more rice flour to make it correct.

Ingredients:


Rice Flour - 1 cup
Roasted Gram - 1/4 cup
Butter - 2 tbsp
Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil to fry

Directions:


Step 1: Add the roasted gram into the mixer jar and make it as a powder.


Step 2: In a mixing bowl, add rice flour, gram flour, butter, red chili powder, asafoetida, sesame seeds, salt and mix them well.


Step 3: Add some water and make a dough. The dough should  be softer than chapati dough.


Step 4: Now take murruku maker and apply oil. Take a single star plate.



Step 5: Heat oil in a pan to make a fry. It should be at a high temperature.
Step 6: Now you can add the murruku dough into the maker. Press over hot oil. You can either make swirls or small pieces.


Step 7: Deep fry in medium flame until the sizzling sound stops. Take out and let it cool.
