Ingredients:
Egg - 4
Chopped onion - 1
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Green chili - 2
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tbsp
Red chili powder - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tbsp
Chicken masala powder - 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Directions:
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, onion, curry leaves, green chili one by one.
