Egg Poriyal


Egg poriyal!! Egg poriyal can be made by simple steps. And the ingredients need is also very less. Tasty and easy dish for breakfast. Paleo followers can take this egg poriyal. You can add any masala powders by your choice.

Servings - 1
Preparation Time - 5 minutes
Cooking Time - 10 minutes

Ingredients:


Egg - 4
Chopped onion - 1
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Green chili - 2
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tbsp
Red chili powder - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tbsp
Chicken masala powder - 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste 

Directions: 


Step 1: Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, onion, curry leaves, green chili one by one.


Step 2: Add all spice powders and salt. Saute well.


Step 3: Now break the eggs and add to the pan. Mix well until it turns into little lumps and brown.



Step 4: Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve hot.
