Tomato Uttapam



Tomato Uttapam!! My all favorite dish that I often make it for breakfast. Tomato uttapam is the simple way of doing different taste and variety in uttapam. You can make this with only 3 ingredients. Dosa batter, tomato, and oil are enough to make tasty and yummy tomato uttapam.
Here I explained Tomato Uttapam recipe with a step by step procedure with a clear photo.

Servings - 1
Preparation Time - 5 minutes
Cooking Time - 20 Minutes

Ingredients:


Dosa Batter - 1 cup
Tomato - 2
Oil - 4 tbsp

Directions:


Step 1: Cut the tomatoes into round shaped slices.

Step 2: Heat a dosa pan and spread some oil all over the pan.


Step 3: Pour the dosa batter into the pan. Make a thick base.


Step 4: Now add sliced tomatoes and pour some oil.


Step 5: Cook it in low flame for about 2 to 3 minutes. Flip the uttapam.


Step 6: Let it cook in a medium flame for 3 minutes and take out. Repeat the same for remaining batter.

Step 7: Serve the Tasty and yummy Tomato Uttapam with chutney.
