Ingredients:
Green Gram Sprouts - 1 cup
Apple - 1/2
Orange - 1/2
Pomegranate - 1/2
Lemon - 1/2
Mint Leaves - 2 sprig
Cucumber - 2 slices
Salt - 1 pinch
Directions:
Step 1: Green gram sprouts can be done by soaking it for an hour and tie it in a white cloth for overnight in dark place. Your sprouts will be ready in the next day morning.
Step 2: Cut all the fruits into small pieces and peel the pomegranate.
Step 3: Put all fruits in a bowl and add green gram sprouts also. Then add crushed mint leaves and mix well.
Step 4: At last add pinch of salt and lemon juice. Mix well and eat.
