Red Snapper Fry/Sankara Fish fry
Red Snapper Fish is a low-calorie fish and is good for heart health which is rich in omega and vitamins and many. Red snapper Fish fry is the best food for Paleo followers. Here I with simple steps for how to make Sankara fish fry.
Servings - 2
Preparation Time - 20 minutes
Ingredients:
Red Snapper - 2 medium sized
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
Red chili powder - 1/2 tbsp
Pepper Powder - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1/4 tbsp
Coconut Oil - 100ml
Lemon Juice- 1 tbsp
Directions:
Step 1: Make a slight Cut the red snapper on both sides.
Step 2: Mix well all the ingredients in a bowl with 1 tbsp of oil and water.
Step 3: Now marinate the fish in a mixed paste and keep it for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Heat Oil in a grill pan or dosa pan and put fish on it.
Step 5: Pour some oil on fish and simmer the stove. Let it cook for 5 minutes and turn the other side.
Step 6: Once the fish turns brown and cooked, take it out and serve hot.
