Kara Pori|Spicy Puffed Rice Recipe
For making this spicy Kara Pori, you just need simple and fewer ingredients. Puffed rice (Pori), Curry leaves, Garlic, Coconut oil, red chili, turmeric powder, red chili powder, peanuts, and mustard seeds.
You can add a lot of curry leaves and garlic. It will give the additional taste to the kara pori.

Ingredients:
Puffed Rice - 1 cup
Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
Curry Leaves - 3 sprig
Garlic - 8 cloves
Red Chili - 3
Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
Peanuts - 4 tbsp
Roasted gram - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1tbsp
Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
Directions:
Step 1: Heat pan and pour the oil. Once the oil is ready, add mustard seeds and let them crackle.Step 2: Now add curry leaves, garlic, and red chili. Keep stirring for a minute and let the curry leaves become crispy.
Step 3: Now add pori, peanuts, roasted gram, turmeric powder, and Red Chili powder. Mix well until the spices mixed into the puffed rice. Then switch off the flame.
