Lemon Poha Recipe
Lemon Poha!! An easy and quick dish. Also, tasty dish which can be done for breakfast or lunch meal. Lemon gives the additional taste and flavor to the recipe. Lemon poha is a colorful dish with a simple way of preparation. You can make this lemon poha within 10 minutes.
Wash and soak the poha for 1 to 2 minutes. Poha has multiple varieties. It is available in varies sizes at the store. Thin poha is best for making lemon poha recipe. If you have thick poha then, soak it for 5 minutes or more. Thin sized poha is just needed a minute for soaking.

Ingredients:
Poha - 1 cup
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tbsp
Chana dal - 1/2 tbsp
Urad dal - 1/2 tbsp
Onion - 1/2
Green Chili - 1
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Peanuts - 1/4 cup
Lemon - 1
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Directions:
Step 1: Wash and soak the poha for 1 minute. Drain the water and keep aside. Poha should not be over soaked.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal, and chana dal. Make them shuttler for half a minute.
Step 3: Now add chopped onion, curry leaves, and green chili. Saute it well for a couple of minutes.
Step 4: Add Turmeric powder and salt. Stir well for half a minute.
Step 5: Then add roasted peanuts to the pan and mix well.
Step 6: Squeeze the juice from lemon and add to the pan.
Step 7: Finally, add poha and mix well for a minute. Switch off the flame. Lemon poha is ready.
Lemon poha goes well with all vegetables, pickle, papad, and curd. Make it for breakfast or lunch and enjoy your food time with tasty yummy lemon poha.
