Mint Egg Roll

Serving - 1

Preparation Time - 10 minutes
Cooking Time - 15 minutes

Ingredients:


Egg - 4
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Chopped Onion - 1/2
Green Chili - 3
Chopped Capsicum - 2 tbsp
Mint Leaves - 1 cup
Salt - 1/4 tbsp


Directions:

Step 1: Add eggs and salt into a bowl. Mix well.



Step 2: Grind the mint leaves and make a puree.



Step 3: Now add capsicum, onion, chili and mix well.



Step 4: Finally, add mint puree and mix again.





Step 5: Spread ghee in a pan and pour a small amount of egg mixer.





Step 6: Cook in a medium flame and roll it up once getting cooked.



Step 7: Leave the last end and move it to the middle portion of the pan. Now, pour some amount of mixer and join them.

Step 8: Once it cooked roll it up again and do the same for the remaining mixer.







Step 9: Finish rolling and transfer to the plate.



Step 10: Do a cut into small pieces and serve hot.
