Banana Fry
Banana Fry!! A spicy dish where you can combine banana fry with all variety rice and rasam is the best combination of all. It is marinated type of cooking. Mix the banana with a masala then fry. Spicy banana fry will be ready.

Preparation time - 20 minutes
Cooking Time - 10 minutes
Ingredients:
Banana - 1
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Lemon - 1/2
Lemon - 1/2
Oil - 3 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1tbsp
Chili powder - 1 tbsp
Fish fry masala- 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Directions:
Step 1: Cut the banana into round pieces.
Step 2: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a tbsp of oil and water.
Step 3: Dip the banana pieces and transfer it to the plate.
Step 4: Marinate it for minimum 20 minutes and fry it.
Step 5: Heat oil in a dosa tawa and put banana. Fry until it cooks.
Step 6: Turn to another side once it cooked.
Step 7: Once it fried take out and serve hot with any rice.
