It is easy to do. You can do it with only 4 ingredients. Ragi flour, capsicum, salt, Chili powder and oil to fry is enough for making Ragi Capsicum Bajji. If you have all these ingredients, then your hot and spicy snack is ready.

Ingredients:
Ragi Flour - 5 tbsp
Capsicum - 1
Red Chili powder - 1tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tbsp
Oil to fry
Directions:
Step 1: In a bowl, add ragi flour, red chili powder, salt, and some water. Mix well and make a semi-liquid paste.
Step 2: Cut the capsicum into thin slices.
Step 3: Now dip the capsicum into the ragi paste.
Step 4: Heat oil in a pan to fry.
Step 5: Put the Capsicum into the oil and make a deep fry.
Step 6: Once it fried then take out and serve. Tea will be the best combination for this crispy Ragi capsicum Bajji.
