When it comes to dosa, it has lots of variety. Most of the Dosa is made with rice and urad dal mixed flour. But you can make the dosa with millet too. It is healthy and easy to make than the regular dosa. You can make this small millet dosa as a crispy dosa. You just need two ingredients to make a flour for this crispy small millet dosa recipe. When you wish to reduce your weight, you can blindly go with this healthy recipe. 


Small millet has lots of health benefits like it improves your digestive system, Helps in reducing the weight, Its Dietary fiber protects against hyperglycemia, It reduces cholesterol 
No need to soak this small millet for a long time. 1 to 2 hours is enough to grind this small millet. Soak the Urad dal and millet together for 2 to 3 hours and grind. Leave the flour for overnight or at least for 6 hours before making the dosa. Then only you will get the crispy dosa.

Servings - 2 to 3
Preparation Time - 2 minutes(Excluding grinding)
Cooking Time - 3 Minutes for each dosa

Ingredients:


For Making Flour

Small Millet - 2 cups
Urad Dal - 1/2 cup

For Dosa

Millet dosa flour - 1 cup
Salt as needed
Oil as needed

Procedure:


Step 1: Wash and soak the millet and Urad dal at least for 2 hours.

Step 2: Grind them into a fine flour. Leave it for overnight or a minimum of 6 hours.

Step 3: Add salt and mix well. Make it like a dosa consistency. Add water if required.

Step 4: Heat Dosa pan and pour the flour and make it a thin round. Pour 2 tbsp of oil over the dosa. Once it is cooked, turn to another side.

Step 5: Once it cooked transfer to the plate and serve it chutney.
