Preparation Time - 10 Minutes
Cooking Time - 20 Minutes
Ingredients:
Mixed Vegetable - 1 bowl
Onion - 1/2 cup (small)
ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Tomato - 2
Curry Leaves - 1 sprig
Green Chili - 2
Oil - 3 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Garam Masala - 3 tbsp
Curry Masala - 2 tbsp
Sambar powder - 2tbsp
Red Chili powder - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, curry leaves and green chili. Saute well until the onion cooks.
Step 2: Add ginger garlic paste and saute well until the raw aroma goes away.
Step 3: Add chopped Tomato and saute it for a minute to becomes soft.
Step 4: Add all spice powders except sambar powder and mix well. Let it fry for 30 sec.
Step 5: Now add all the vegetables and salt. Mix them well with the curry made with all masala powders.
Step 6: Add some water to cook the vegetables. Cover the pan and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes in a medium flame.
Step 7: Once the vegetables are cooked 3/4th add sambar powder and mix well. Let it cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 8: Once it cooked, switch off the flame and garnish with some coriander leaves and serve.
