Ingredients:




Drumstick - 4 to 5
Tomato - 4 to 5
Chopped Onion- 1
Curry Leaves - 1 sprig
Oil to fry
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Garlic Cloves - 10
Chili Powder - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste


Procedure:

Step 1: In a pan add Drumstick, cumin seeds, garlic, turmeric powder, and salt. Add some water to boil the drumstick. Cook it until the drumstick cooks 3/4th.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan and add onions and saute well.
Step 3: Add chopped tomato and fry until it gets soft.
Step 4: Add chili powder and salt. Mix it well.
Step 5: Finally, add boiled Drumstick and cook for about 5 minutes. Let the water dry completely. Tasty and healthy drumstick tomato fry is ready to eat.
