Dry Fruits Milkshake Recipe|How to make Dry Fruits Milkshake


Dry fruits and nuts milkshake is a rich and thick milkshake that gives you instant energy. Best for kids to take in the morning to keep them full energetic. Dry fruits milkshake, a healthy, nutritious drink for kids & fasting food for adults during fasting time. Soak the dry fruits in water for 45 to 60 minutes. And make dry fruits milkshake.





Health benefits of dry fruits are, improved blood flow, better digestive health, decreased oxidative damage and reduced risk of many diseases. Dried fruit is rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals.
Raisins are also low in salt content and high amounts of iodine which is very beneficial to the body. Dried fruits have numerous benefits for the body. They can enhance weight loss by speeding up the body's metabolism and allowing the feeling of satiation for a long period of time.
Peel the almond skins. Combine them all and grind to a smooth paste. Add milk, sugar and blend well. Pour this into serving glasses with couple of ice cubes. Garnish with some chopped dry fruits if desired. Serve at once.

Ingredients:


Milk - 1 cup
Almonds - 6
Chashews - 5
Raisins - 6
Pista - 6
Dates - 3
Cinnamon powder - 1 pinch

Directions:

Step 1: Soak almonds, chashews, raisins, pista for 45 minutes to 1 hour in  a water.
Step 2: After soaked, peel of the skin of almonds and keep aside. Stain the water completely. Cut the dates into small pieces.
Step 3: Now add all the soaked dry fruits and chopped dates into the blender.
Step 4: Add 1/4 cup of chilled milk to the blender. And blend well to the thick form.
Step 5: Now add remianing milk and blend again.
Step 6: Transfer the milkshake into the glass and serve.

Procedure:
