Ingredients:
Amla - 6
Salt - 1/2 tbsp
Directions:
Step 1: Cut the amla into small pieces and remove the seeds. Else you can add the amla directly without cutting it.
Step 2: Add amla and salt in a mixer jar and grind well. Then add some water and grind to fine.
Step 3: Strain the juice using strainer and drink.
