Grilled Fish is a tasty fish fry which is very crispy and healthy to eat. Here I used Sankara Fish/ red snapper fish. It is soft and has multi-benefits. Making grilled fish is an easy way. Here I have used homemade masala to make the grilled fish. It is very healthy and organic. You can also buy masala from the store, but the problem is you don't know whether it is made from good quality of the product or not.
And also do check while buying fish. You should buy a fresh one. Always do check that and buy. Do check while buying. It is widely available in Fish Market. It is loaded with important nutrients, such as protein and vitamin D. Fish is also the world's best source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are incredibly important for your body and brain.
Usually fish has benefits like skin and heart health and omega-3. Of course, Red snapper also has all those benefits.
Here I made a grill with homemade ingredients. First I did a paste, using all the ingredients. Then apply the paste on the fish and grill it. Tasty and healthy Grilled Fish is ready to eat.

Preparation Time - 10 Minutes
Cooking Time - 40 Minutes
Ingredients:
Red Snapper Fish - 7
Oil - 7 tbsp
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Ginger - 3 small piece
Garlic - 6 cloves
Rice Flour - 1 tbsp
Grated Coconut - 4 tbsp
Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Red Chili - 5
Turmeric Powder - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Step 1: Clean and wash the red snapper fish. Make a cut on both sides.
Step 2: Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add coriander powder, cumin seeds, red chili and saute for a minute.
Step 3: Add chopped onion, curry leaves and saute it again for a minute.
Step 4: Add ginger and garlic. Saute it for about 2 minutes.
Step 5: Add grated Coconut and fry for 30 sec.
Step 6: Now add turmeric powder and stir well.
Step 7: Add chopped tomato and cook until it gets soft.
Step 8: Once the tomato is cooked turn off the flame and let it cool. Then transfer it into the mixer jar and make a paste.
Step 9: Add rice flour, remaining oil and salt to paste and mix well. Apply the paste on the fish and place it in the Grill rod.
Step 10: Preheat the OTG for 10 minutes and place the Grill rod into the OTG. Cook it for 30 minutes in 230 C temperature. Turn another side in the middle. Once it complete take out and serve.
