How many of you failed to boil the eggs properly?. When I was new to this, daily I used to experiment a different way. The egg takes a big part in our kitchen. We use to have eggs on a regular basis. Most of the days it was broken, I just tried in all way. Usually, we store it in the refrigerator for about 10 days. We do always prefer country chicken eggs. It has multi-benefits and taste is also good when compared with the broiler eggs.
Before boiling the eggs, take it out from the refrigerator and let it cool for at least 1 hour. So before you start cooking take it out and let it cool. If you have the eggs out then, you can go for boiling. You can think the boiling egg is a simple thing. No, actually boiling an egg properly is a difficult one if you do not know the tricks. When the egg is overcooked then, the yolk will turn black in color.
If it is a broiler egg, then 10 to 15 minutes is enough of boiling.
If it is a country egg, you have to boil it for 20 to 30 minutes.
The tips to make a perfect boiled egg is add a tbsp of oil and a tbsp of rock salt in the water. The eggs should be immersed in the water. And make a boil for the required time. Prefer thick based pan for boil the eggs. Boil the eggs in a medium or low flame.
After boiling switch off the flame and keep it for about 10 minutes. Do not peel it immediately. After 10 minutes, strain out the water. Pour cold water and keep it for about 1 or 2 minutes. Then peel off the eggshell. Your whole egg is ready without any damage.
