Millet Curd Rice!! Variety rice which is prepared using millet and curd. I used little millet to prepare this millet cured rice. Millet cured rice recipe is a very easy recipe which can be done within less time. You can use fruits also to make millet curd rice recipe.
This millet curd rice is my all time favorite dish. It helps in easy digestion and weight loss. Millet has lots of benefits. Fruits, curd, millet, are used to make millet curd rice. Cook the millet in boiling water and cool it for some time.
Then temper the ingredients which are used for tempering and add to the millet. When its completely cools down add curd and mix well. Then your tasty millet curd rice will be ready. Prepare the millet and eat within a few hours otherwise, it will turn hard and rough. So you can feel the good taste of it. But when it comes to curd rice variety, in millet you can take it for lunch also.

Ingredients:
Little Millet - 1 cup
Curd - 1 Cup
Pomegranate - 1/2
Apple - 1/2
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Curry Leaves - 1 sprig
green Chili - 1 or 2
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Step 1: Take millet in a bowl and add some water. Wash it completely. Then add 2 cups of water into it and make it boil.
Step 2: When the water drain completely, switch off the flame. Let it cool for sometime.

Step 3: Heat a tbsp of oil in a pan.
Step 4: Add mustard seeds and let them crackle. Then add green chili and curry leaves. Leave it for 30 secs and pour it into the boiled millet.
Step 5: Pour the tempered curry leaves and chili into the boiled millet and mix well.
Step 6: Now add curd and salt. Mix well until the salt spreads evenly.
Step 7: Finally, add pomegranate seeds and apple. Apple should be chopped into small pieces. Mix well.
