Multi-Grain Dosa Recipe|How to Make Multi-Grain Dosa


Multi-Grain Dosa!! Nutritional Packaged Dosa!! Crispy Dosa Recipe!! Multi-Grain Dosa is a crispy dosa variety. This multigrain dosa recipe requires some basic grains like rice, urad dal, horse gram, green gram, Split yellow dal. Soak all the ingredients for 2 to 3 hours and grind to the flour.
It is rich in fiber.  Fiber fights constipation by softening your stool to make it easier to pass, and consuming a diet rich in fiber reduces your risk of type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.  


Whole-grain foods are a healthy choice because they contain nutrients, fiber and other healthy plant compounds found naturally in the grain. Multigrain dosa gives you the unique tatse and healthy food.
Some spices are added while grinding the flour. It is like coconut, cumin seeds, red chili, ginger garlic, and curry leaves. It will give you the additional tatse for your dosa. 


You can only keep this batter for a day. It can be used immediately after grinding. Else you can keep it for 2 to 3 hours and can use. If you have an excess of batter, then keep it refrigerated and use on the next day.

Servings - 2
Preparation Time - 3 Hours(Including Making of batter)
Cooking Time - 5 Minutes

Ingredients:


Raw Rice - 1 cup
Urad Dal - 1 cup
Split Yellow Gram - 1cup
Green Gram Dal - 1cup
Horse Gram - 1cup
Coconut - 1 cup
Red Chili - 4
Cumin seeds - 2 tbsp
Ginger - 1 piece
Garlic - 5 to 6 cloves
Curry Leaves - 2 sprig
Oil - 5 tbsp
Salt to taste


Procedure:


Step 1: Wash and soak the raw rice, urad dal, split yellow gram, green gram, horse gram in the water for 2 to 3 hours.

Step 2: In a mixer jar, add coconut, ginger, garlic, curry leaves, red chili, cumin seeds and grind well.

Step 3: Dry and add soaked the grain in the jar and grind it to the batter by adding little water.

Step 4: Add salt and mix well. Add some water if required to make a dosa batter consistency. 

Step 5: Once the batter is ready, heat the Dosa pan and pour the batter

Step 6: Sprinkle some oil on the dosa and let it cook. Turn another side once it cooked

Step 7: Cook for 2 minutes and transfer to the plate and serve with chutney or sambar.
