Pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp
Salt - 1/4 tbsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp

Step 1: Break the egg and Separate the egg whites and egg yolks into the two separate bowls.

Step 2: Take egg white and whisk them until they become creamy and thick.

Step 4: Pour half of the egg yolk to the egg white and mix well.

Step 5: Heat a dosa pan, and apply the ghee. Cook in low Flame.

Step 6: Now add the egg mixture to the pan and cook in low flame.

Step 7: Add remaining yolk and spread over the egg mixture.

Step 8: Sprinkle the pepper and salt to the omelet.

Step 9: Fold it carefully and gently. Transfer to the plate. Fluffy Juicy Omelet is ready to eat.
