Ingredients:
Paneer - 200g
Peas - 1 cup
Tomato Puree - 1 cup
Onion - 1
Oil - 5 Tbsp
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 6 cloves
Red chili Powder - 1tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan and roast the paneer until it gets brown in color. Once the paneer fried adds it in the warm water for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion. Fry it for 3 to 4 minutes until it gets brown.
Step 3: Add ginger garlic paste and saute it until the raw aroma goes away.
Step 4: Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Saute well for 1 minute.
Step 5: Then add tomato puree, sugar, a cup of water, and salt. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 6: Add green peas and garam masala and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 7: Finally, add soaked and fried paneer to the gravy. Cook for another 5 minutes in low flame. Switch off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
