Servings - 2
Preparation Time - 10 Minutes
Cooking Time - 5 Minutes

Ingredients:

Banana stem - 1 piece
Coconut - 1 cup
Green chili - 1
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Curd - 1cup
Salt to taste

Directions:

Step 1: Wash the banana stem and chop them into small piece. While cutting the banana stem, in each slice you will get the thin thread. Remove it from the stem and chop.
Step 2: In a bowl take some water and add 2 tbsp of curd and mix well. You can also use buttermilk.

Step 3: Add chopped banana stem immediately to the bowl. Otherwise, the color of the stem will turn black. So while cutting the banana stem itself put it in the buttermilk.

Step 4: In a mixer jar, add coconut, green chili, and fennel seeds. Grind them into a fine paste.

Step 5: Now drain the water from the banana stem and add cumin seeds and salt to the bowl. Mix it well until the salt spread evenly.
