Cabbage will be the best choice when you go for a healthy pakoda and as well as tasty pakoda too. Onion pakoda is a well known and famous pakoda among all.

With a very simple step, I made a cabbage pakoda. Here I used gram flour and rice flour to make pakoda. With that, I used ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, and salt. Here I explained how to make cabbage pakoda with step by step procedure with clear photos.

Servings - 2
Preparation Time - 10 Minutes
Cooking Time - 10 Minutes

Ingredients:

Gram Flour - 1/2 cup
Rice Flour - 1/4 cup
Cabbage - 1 cup
Oil to fry
Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp
Red chili powder - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 2 sprig
Curry Leaves - 3 sprig
Salt to taste

Directions:

Step 1: Slice the cabbage into lengthy pieces. In a bowl add sliced cabbage, coriander leaves.

Step 2: Add all other ingredients except oil. Mix them well. Keet it for 10 minutes to cabbage to absorb the flour.

Step 3: Then add 1/4 cup of water little by little to make a paste. Make it as a semi-thick paste.

Step 4: Heat oil in a pan to make a deep fry. Let it hot to high temperature.

Step 5: Once the oil is ready then put the cabbage slit into the pan separately. Don't make them sticky. Separate them from each other.

Step 6: Keep fry until it turns brown. Flip it often when it is frying. Once it cooked, take them out and serve hot. When the bubbles disappear, it means it ready to take out.

Step 7: Fry some curry leaves in the same oil and sprinkle it on the pakoda. It will give the additional taste to the pakoda.

Cabbage Pakoda is an evening snack variety which can be served with tea or coffee. Make this cabbage pakoda when you feel to eat something good. Try this and have a good snack time.
